Privacy notice
Submitting the inquiry form sends your details through Web3Forms to the configured operator inbox. Until you submit, inputs remain in the current page; they are not saved to browser storage.
Information requested
The scope check asks for your email, game title or public link, engine and localization setup, requested content and approximate English word count, and optional timeframe. These details are intended only to assess your request and contact you about it.
Do not include private source code, confidential files, or sensitive personal information. There are no uploads, payment fields, subscriptions, or analytics scripts on this website.

Service providers
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Web3Forms is configured to receive scope-check submissions and send email notifications to the operator’s configured inbox. The public contact address uses Porkbun email forwarding to the operator’s Gmail inbox; this is separate from the form notification recipient.
Web3Forms processes submitted details and technical information for delivery, security, and spam prevention. It operates from India and uses infrastructure in multiple regions; its spam-prevention providers may receive submitter IP and email addresses. Read Web3Forms’ privacy policy.
Retention and deletion
For inquiries that do not become a paid project, the operator’s email copies will be retained for up to 90 days after the last inquiry contact, then deleted. Accepted projects will have their record-handling terms agreed separately before payment.
This form’s Web3Forms submission retention setting is 90 days from submission for new records. The setting does not retroactively change existing records; older records must be reviewed and deleted separately. This submission-retention setting is separate from our email-copy policy and does not promise deletion of all provider security logs or backups, which follow the provider’s applicable policies. To request deletion of inquiry records, email support@tannylabs.com. We will remove the copies we control and use the provider’s available deletion process for its records.
Project confidentiality
No third-party AI processing of private project materials is authorized by an initial inquiry; the approach and required approvals are agreed separately.
