Godot 4.4.1 / Dialogic Alpha-14; 84 unique keys across 88 scoped locations. Human language review, automated checks, and Founder gameplay acceptance are distinct sources of evidence.

Eleven template defaults, text baked into images, and complete release validation were outside the sample. Language is activated through launch arguments; no in-game language menu was built. This sample does not demonstrate other-engine capability, full-game QA, or commercial release results.

The sample includes localized game files, terminology, integration into the existing Godot/Dialogic setup, and documented QA and rollback notes. The displayed screenshots were supplied by the Founder and are reproduced without cropping or resizing.

Full scope, eligibility & terms

A fixed-price English-to-Simplified-Chinese localization pilot for an agreed part of your English PC game or playable demo.

Up to 1,500 English source words
Simplified Chinese translation of the agreed in-game content, with human review for accuracy, naturalness, tone, and terminology. Human review does not imply independent professional certification.
A terminology glossary
Consistent translations for recurring names, items, abilities, and other important terms.
Limited integration
Agreed changes within your existing, working localization mechanism. A playable build alone may not be sufficient for source-level integration.
Technical checks and focused QA
Checks for missing translations, placeholders, variables, control tags, and relevant formatting or resource issues; plus 3–5 mutually agreed gameplay paths when the required build, access, and instructions are available.
A practical delivery package
Localized files or an agreed project patch, glossary, QA/risk report, and integration, activation, and rollback instructions.
One revision round
One consolidated round of translation revisions within the agreed source content and scope.

A good fit starts with

A playable English PC game or demo. Editable localization files or an accessible existing localization setup. Enough gameplay context and testing instructions for review.

Outside the pilot scope

Building or substantially rewriting a localization system; major UI, font, or layout redevelopment; unrelated bug fixes; translated image/texture repainting; voice-over or video localization.

Steam store-page copy, marketing materials, Steam backend publishing, platform certification, and China mainland publishing and approval services.

Full-game, all-branch, all-resolution, or multi-platform regression QA; unlimited revisions or new source content beyond the approved scope. Full release guarantees are not included. Broader work is discussed under a separate scope before commitment.

Content, word-counting method, integration work, test paths, acceptance terms, and timing are agreed before payment. You retain final control over testing, approval, and release.

FAQ

Will my game fit the $349 pilot?

The pilot covers up to 1,500 English source words in an agreed part of your game, using an accessible, working localization setup. We review the materials and confirm scope in writing before payment; broader work may need a separate quote. Our sample uses Godot and Dialogic. Other projects are assessed individually.

How much of the game is tested?

QA covers 3–5 mutually agreed gameplay paths when the necessary build, access, and instructions are available. It is not full-game coverage. Findings and known limitations are documented.

What are the timing and revision terms?

Timing is agreed after review and before payment. One consolidated translation revision round is included within the agreed scope. If an unexpected technical blocker arises, we pause the affected work and discuss a revised scope or cancellation route. Acceptance, correction, cancellation, and refund terms are documented before payment.

How are AI and private files handled?

Production may be AI-assisted, with human language review. We explain the approach and confidential-file handling, and obtain any required approval before sending private project materials to third-party AI services. The initial inquiry does not require private source code.
